The quality of the beef is exceptional, we have tried aged beef from other providers but the quality of the product & the butchering far outstrips the others, I will definitely buy from them again.

I just wanted to let you know how really happy we were with our first Wiggly Tail order. All of the meat was of outstanding quality - from the sausages to the Wagyu sirloins! The entire order was icy cold when delivered, well packaged and labelled.
Communication from Wiggly Tail, letting me know what day and a time frame for delivery, left me with no doubt that you are indeed an upstanding and go-ahead company that values your customers.
We're looking forward to our next delivery this coming Thursday!!
Also being able to request gluten-free sausages was all-important as we have coeliacs as well as wheat-intolerant people in our family.
Last and not least - after so many years to finally find a butcher that knows how to score pork rind properly, it might not sound important to some but to me it shows that you care about the customer and know your meat.

Seeing my own potential as being “a good judge” of quality table meats, I began buying my own livestock on the hoof, had it slaughtered, I graded it and presented it on my rail to buying butchers at Homebush.

I went to your shop today, simply to buy your sausages on special. I was immediately impressed by the sparkling cleanliness of your shop…..I always “ perv” on every window display.
I have never seen a complete display of the highest quality table meats, from one end to the other as to be accepted and appreciated as the highest quality , healthy , tender and fresh cuts, presented at their very best, as at your shop.
